5e Treasure/Loot Generator

This is an item database and random loot/treasure generator for Dungeon Masters based on 5th Edition Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master's Guide (are trademarks of WOTC) to help getting things easier while constructing the scenarios. And programmed by 'Nefsira'. All items in database have base attributes and page number related to description in the books. For an example of an item:

- Name: Greatsword, Type: Weapon, Category: Martial Meele Weapon, Magical: No, DMG: 2d6, Weight: 6, Rarity: Common, Cost: 50, Req.lvl: 1, PHBook: 149, DMGuide: - ,

An item has these attributes:

- Name, Type, Category, Magical, AC, DMG, Weight (a small part of the items may be inconsistent), Rarity, Cost, Required (minimum) level, Properties, Player's Handbook page number, Dungeon Master's Guide page number.

Items can be filtered by properties in database seciton.

And the important part of the program is 'Create random treasure'. A random treasure contains coins, weapon, armor, valuables and equipment depending on some certain probabilities. All random coin numbers are set according to the books. There is a drop chance for each item type. Also dropped item's rarity and condition is determined according to a certain probability. Generator mainly has a Challenge Rating option from 0 to +17 and the probabilities for each challenge rating are independent. Furthermore there is hoard checkbox for each challenge rating that determines the treasure as hoard. A hoard option has independet probabilities from challenge rating that it is connected.

Master can edit all those probabilities and coin numbers by double clicking on them.

There is a 'limit total value' option in the generator. Generated random treasure's maximum value can't be higher than this value if it is filled. This limitation is set in gold piece. If generated treasure has value lower than the limit, there is an option to fill the remaining with coins (gp). (*Sometimes total value can be a little high from maximum value.) If this option is unselected, treasure won't contain any coins.

There is a 'Random limit under' option too. If the master write any (gp) number to this box, generator sets a random maximum value under this number.

Item categories can be selected by the Master.

Valuables have a repeat count option. It determines the repetition of the roll for a valuable.

Magic items in the generated treasure have special features related to the books. These features are determined randomly.

In edit box, Master selects the change is for one roll or permanent (if 'for once' checkbox is empty, change will be permenant).

Master can generate 1 to 10 treasures at a time. ('run x times')

Some properties like gem conditions (chipped to perfect), item prices due to item coditions are created by Nefsira individually.
